By conducting thorough assessments based on each patient’s unique risk factors, we provide our patients with access to state-of-the-art medical evaluations and diagnostic tests.
These evaluations are conducted at our headquarters at the 2nd floor of the PBD Clinic building located at Caya Punta Brabo 11A, with certain studies performed at the Noord Medical Center. Each medical check-up includes a range of tests, including clinical laboratory tests, radiology and imaging, and a comprehensive medical consultation.
Regular health check-ups are crucial for maintaining optimal well-being. Early medical evaluations not only contribute to cost savings but also promote proactive health management.

This preventive program is designed for healthy residents and visitors from abroad. Based on their age, medical history, genetics, and lifestyle, individuals are encouraged to recognize the impact of their health status on their quality of life, productivity, employment, and overall well-being. Consequently, they seek comprehensive and specialized medical evaluations to assess their health status and receive appropriate guidance and support.

Personalized Evaluation
This consists of a screening prior to the in-person check-up at the center, where the doctor performs an evaluation and customizes the check-up based on the patient’s age, gender, medical history, family history, and lifestyle.

Genetic Screening
These are conducted in the PBD Laboratory by analyzing a small blood sample to ascertain whether an individual is a carrier of the genes for specific hereditary disorders. Genetic tests or analyses can be performed by anyone and at any time throughout their life.
Patients contact our PBD Vital office via phone or email (info@puntabrabo.com) to request a quote for their medical check-up. They then agree on the travel dates based on the availability of our schedule.
Two days prior to the check-up, the PBD Vital staff sends the necessary preparations for the examinations to the patient’s email address.
Patients are required to spend a minimum of four nights and five days in Oranjestad.
For assistance with trip planning, we have partnered with reliable providers who can handle transportation, accommodation, dining, guides, and tourist programs.
Upon arrival in Aruba, the patient must access PBD Vital to complete all laboratory and imaging tests, which will take approximately four hours.
Forty-eight hours later, the patient will return to PBD Vital for a consultation with the physician, receive guidance on healthy lifestyle modifications, and finalize the process.
Should any abnormalities be detected during the initial evaluation, the patient will be consulted to determine the necessity of more extensive tests and the appropriate recommendations.
Recognizing our environmental responsibility and prioritizing patient well-being, PBD Vital provides cloud-based portals for storing patient results. This secure storage solution enables us to deliver patients’ clinical histories and create backup copies within our system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
