The primary objectives of PBD Sport are:

BEGINNER LEVEL – “Start Strong”


Target: New athletes, youth, recreational participants starting a training routine or sport.

For: New or recreational athletes

Ages: 12+

Goal: Establish safe baseline, reduce risk, build smart training habits

Goals:

Establish a health & fitness baseline

Identify risk factors early

Build safe training habits

Services Included:

Doctor Consultation – general health check & fitness clearance

Clinical Laboratory Tests – basic panel: CBC , glucose, cholesterol, iron hydration status (Pending Prices form the lab)

EKG – heart rhythm screening

Spirometry – lung capacity (optional)

Optional Add-On: Female wellness check (Gynecology + hormone panel)

Frequency: Once per year (or before starting a new sport/season)

Target: Regular athletes, amateur competitors, fitness enthusiasts increasing intensity or preparing for events.

Ages: 16+

Goal: Monitor progress, optimize recovery, prevent overtraining
