Insurance Declarations:
Upon registration, patients may submit a guarantee letter along with a valid identification document.
Online Banking:
For online payments, please utilize the ML/LDS AB/CMB account number XXXXXX.
Payments must be made within 14 days of the invoice’s receipt. When making an online payment, please include the invoice number for reference.
