Patients
Laboratory tests are conducted by ML at the request of your general physician or specialist. These tests typically involve routine monitoring of blood, urine, or feces. Based on the test results, your doctor can formulate a diagnosis.
Additionally, you can contact us for more specific laboratory tests, including comprehensive allergy tests and specialized fertility research. We offer a wide range of over XXX tests.
It is also possible that an employer or insurance company requests a screening test. For instance, these tests may be necessary for medical examinations, drug screenings, or when applying for life insurance policies.
You can also initiate a test at ML at your own discretion. Examples of tests that can be requested include paternal DNA testing or allergy tests. However, it is important to note that the costs associated with these private tests are not covered by insurance; therefore, you will be responsible for paying for these tests yourself.
Provide a blood sample or submit test material?
We anticipate your visit to one of our 23 island locations. Prior appointments are not required for blood samples, urine, or fecal submissions. However, appointments are necessary for all other tests and the utilization of mobile lab services. You may schedule an appointment via +297 586 1600 or our contact form.

Lab Forms
Your physician will provide you with an application form with a checkbox indicating the necessary tests. Please submit this laboratory form along with the test materials to our blood testing staff. Additionally, please bring a valid identification card and your insurance documents or carnet.
If your application form mentions an alternative laboratory, you may contact us with any laboratory form, even if your doctor or specialist is based abroad. You are always welcome to seek medical care at ML.
